Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
At Genesis & Co., we value both your time and ours. To Ensure we can accommodate all clients, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules.
- Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subjected to a 50% service fee.
- No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
-Booking an appointment with us means you agree to this policy.
We appreciate your understanding and support in respecting our time and schedule.
Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Each appointment includes one complimentary reschedule when proper notice is given.
Any additional rescheduling beyond the first will result in forfeiting of the original deposit, and a new deposit will be required to secure a new appointment.
